One hour ride from Prague is a paradise for those enthusiasts of sking, snowboarding and cross-country skiing, the sports centre Jested in Jizerske Mountais.
ALL DAY TRIP INTO THE MOUNTAINS, FOR EXPERIENCED AND BEGINNERS
Jested ski resort is located in the northern Bohemia on the outskirts of the city of Liberec, 100 km north of Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic. In this most accessible winter sports resort around Prague you can find a terrain suitable for everybody, for demanding experienced skiers, beginners and small children as well. You can choose from various ability levels, short and long runs, you will be able to find a slope which corresponds to your level. Aspirations to host World Cup events as soon as 2009 has led to the recent investment in snow-making and lifts, most notably the new chair lifts. Meadows alternate with pine forsts, offer perfect condition for trekking and beautiful views of the surounding area. Ještěd is very famous hill overlooking the city Liberec, with the iconic TV tower building with the restaurant on the top.
Jested has slopes which are suitable for all levels and abilities as well as ski jumps and lots of cross-country skiing.
Awaiting for you are:
1 cable railway, 2 quad and 1 double chair lift, 2four chair lift, 5 cable tows, 2 rope tows for kids- 12 km of ski slopes offering various levels of difficulty
- 920 m of black trails, 6080 m of red trails and 2200 m of blue trails.

We will pick you up at your hotel at 8 - 9 am. After one hour we will arrive to the skiresort, where you will get complete equipment and the ski pass. The instructor will advise you competently and completely with the choice of skis or snowboards. The not experienced will await the pleasant, fun and profess instructor from the local skiing school to learn them the basic of skiing or snowboarding. During the day you will be invited for a good lunch. The return to Prague is usually at 5 – 6 pm.
